Preheat oven to 350 degrees
1 C butter
2 C sugar
cream togeather
add
2 eggs
1/4 C milk
1 tsp vanilla
mix
add
3 3/4 C flour
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp cream of tarter
mix. roll into balls and roll in cinnamon and sugar mixture (3 Tbs sugar, 1 tsp cinnamon). place on cookie sheet and flaten with a fork. Bake 8-10 minutes.
