Chicken Cordon Bleu

Preheat oven to 400 degrees

crush several cups of cornflakes
set aside

Beat chicken till 1/4 inch thick
layer ham and swiss cheese
sprinkle salt and pepper
roll up use tooth pick to secure
roll outside of chicken in butter
then in crushed cornflakes
place in baking dish
bake for 40 min

Sauce

Cream of chicken soup and lemon juice cook in sauce pan.

Pour sauce over chicken to serve.
