Oriental Cassarol

Preheat oven to 400 degrees

1 lb ground beef cooked
1 C water
bring to boil

mix
2 Tbs cornstarch
1 tsp sugar
1/4 tsp ground ginger
2 Tbs water
1/4 C soy sauce
add to beef mixture cook and stir till bubbly and thick.

add
16 oz can chop suey vegetables drained
10 oz package of frozen peas

You can freeze it or cook now. 1 hour 15 min covered. Uncover 15 more min. Serve with chowmain noodles.
