Chicken Noodle Soup

Noodles

2 eggs beaten
1/4 C milk
3/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp thyme/sage
2 C flour till stiff dough

let rest 10 minutes
 divide in half, roll dough out, and slice into noodles

Soup 

whole chicken
cover with water, let simmer until cooked.  Take out chicken and shred, leave the broth.  Put chicken back in pot minus the bones.

add
1/2 C onion
1 C carrots
1 C celery
noodles
cook till carrots are tender.
