Yummy Potatoes!

Preheat Oven to 325

8 large Potatoes
1/4 cup butter
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 pint sour cream
1 cups of cheddar (or more)
1/3 cup chives
paprika

Boil Potatoes
Let cool
Grate = 6 cups

Heat and blend butter, cream of chicken, sour cream, cheddar, and chives.  Mix with potatoes in bakeing dish, and top with paprika.  Bake for 1 hour.
